Our approach
We walked the house with them before they made an offer and delivered a written estimate in two days. After closing, we took the main floor down to the studs, installed a steel beam, built an open-riser staircase and updated the electrical and HVAC.
The result
One open, light-filled floor for cooking, dining and gathering — in a house that cost less than finished homes nearby, even after the renovation.
