Services

Whole-Home Renovation

Opened floor plans, new systems and finishes — one team, one schedule, top to bottom.

Sometimes the right answer isn’t a new house — it’s the house you have, reimagined. We open up closed-off rooms, update systems and bring every finish into the same, lasting style.

Because our realty team knows what homes in your neighborhood sell for, we’ll help you invest where it counts and avoid over-improving.

What’s included

  • Electrical, plumbing and HVAC updates
  • Windows, doors and insulation

Questions

Common questions about whole-home projects

Don’t see yours? Ask us or call (555) 555-0147.

Can we live in the house during a whole-home renovation?

Sometimes, if the work can be phased. For larger projects most families find it easier to stay elsewhere for part of the schedule. We’ll talk through both options before you decide.

Do we need an architect?

Not always. Our designer handles most projects in-house. When a project needs an architect or structural engineer, we coordinate them for you.

How do you keep a big project on budget?

A detailed, fixed-price proposal before work begins, clear allowances for anything not yet chosen, and written change orders — so you approve every change before it happens.
