How long do permits take for an addition?
It depends on your town — usually four to ten weeks. We prepare the drawings, submit the applications and handle the back-and-forth with the building department.
Can you match our existing siding and roof?
Yes. Matching materials, rooflines and trim details is a big part of what makes an addition look original to the home.
Is it better to add on or to move?
Our realty team can give you an honest comparison — what a similar, larger home would cost to buy nearby versus the cost to add on. Sometimes moving is the better answer, and we’ll tell you.
